Dom Beer and Chris Beer
At Beerstone Financial Services, our Devon based equity release advisors will be with you every step of the way in helping to release equity from your property. We will be there to create a seamless process from start to finish helping you achieve your financial goals.

To start the process, simply get in touch with our team at Beerstone who will be able to answer your preliminary questions and schedule you for an appointment.

Discuss the idea of equity release with your family. You are more than welcome to bring some family members along to your appointments to get their thoughts during the process.

One of our equity release advisors will work with you to establish your financial situation, understand your goals and explain the options available to you.

After our discussions together, you will need to decide if equity release suits your needs. If you are happy to go ahead, we will be able to search the whole market for the best plan for you.

Once your advisor has searched the market, we will arrange for a second appointment where our equity release advisor will walk you through their recommendations.

We will work alongside you to help fill out the necessary paperwork for your chosen plan provider. At this stage, you will also need an independent surveyor to carry out a property valuation.

Once the application has been made, the plan provider will provide an offer alongside terms and conditions.

Our equity release advisors for Devon can help find you recommended independent solicitors who will be able to focus on the various legal aspects.

The process generally will take between 8 to 12 weeks. This is from the initial application to completion.

Your equity has now been freed up for you to spend in whichever way you want!
